Elijah Ticket Info/Deadlines

All Check and Cash orders must be in by Tues. March 16 at the end of rehearsal - no exceptions.
All Credit Card orders (hand delivered to Kara) must be in by Thurs., March 18 at the end of rehearsal.
All Online/Phone Orders end on Fri., March 19 at 11:00am.
Harmony Discount for Elijah tickets ends on Fri., March 19 at 11:00am (NO walk up discounts)

"For Good"
"For Good" was passed out last Tuesday night at rehearsal. If you didn't get this piece, first check your seat and if it's still not there, you can get a copy from Kara at the front table.

Solo Auditions

Audition Schedule
Tues, March 9 from 6:00 - 7:00pm in Room FAH 101
Thurs, March 11 Canceled

We want to get to everyone's audition prior to rehearsal on Tuesday, March 9. If we run out of time to hear everyone before rehearsal starts at 7:30, we will extend auditions after rehearsal. If you have not signed up for an audition and want to, please follow the instructions listed online through the link for solo opportunities below.

Coffee Fundraiser
Coffee Delivery Date Delayed: Tuesday, March 30
Because of the late orders last week, our delivery date has been delayed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Group Sales for A Salute to Broadway
There is a Group Sales rate for the Broadway concert only.

Group Tickets: $16.00 each (10 ticket minimum) with one free ticket for every twenty purchased.

See the attached Group Sales pdf for more details. We will eventually have posters that you can take with you to distribute and e-mail to your friends.

Program Ad Sales for A Salute to Broadway
Placing a program ad in our Salute to Broadway concert program is a great way to support the Chorale and promote a business. See the attached form for pricing and more information. A program ad could promote a business or you could also place an ad in memory or in honor of someone important to you.

Symphony Under the Stars
Make sure you have Saturday, May 8th marked on your calendar for the annual Symphony Under the Stars concert with The Florida Orchestra at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa starting around 6pm. Raymond James Financial throws a concert event every year for their employees (& families) in the football stadium and it's really a lot of fun. It is a private event (no public tickets) and usually has around 5,000 attendees (Kara will have access to some free advanced family tickets for you later). Raymond James provides a very nice donation to the Chorale for this event plus it's great exposure to a crowd that may not typically come to our concerts. It is very important to keep this relationship with Raymond James healthy by giving them a fantastic performance, so we ask all of you to set this evening aside now. We will post more specific details as the time gets closer regarding rehearsals, directions, concert attire, tickets and performance times. Music for this concert is free on loan and will be provided later.

Donations In Kind - Office Supplies
Here are some ideas for in kind donations. We use all of the following quite frequently: Copy paper, card stock, manila mailing envelopes, and bubble envelopes for CDs (small and large). We could also use magazine file storage materials.
