Venue Parking Permits & Directions
Parking permits will be distributed at rehearsal on Tuesday, March 16.  The green pass is for the Howard Johnson lot in Tampa on Friday and the yellow pass is for both Mahaffey and Ruth Eckerd.  You will only need the permits on Concert Nights, so you will not need a permit for Wednesday or Thursday. 

At Mahaffey, singers are to park in Lot B at all times.  Please do not park next to the stage door.  Those spots are reserved for instrumentalists with large instruments and someone will tell you to move your car if you park there.  On Wed/Thurs, we are warming up on stage.  On Saturday, we will be warming up in the Ballroom upstairs. 

For all venue events this week, enter through their Stage Doors.

At the Straz Center (formerly TBPAC) singers are to park in the Howard Johnson parking lot with the green parking pass.  If you park in the Poe Garage, you will be charged the normal parking fee (around $8).  The Stage Door is located on the East side of the building off of NWC MacInnis Place and across from the Times Building.  When you enter the Stage Door on Friday, look for signs on the wall that will direct you to the Rehearsal Hall where we will be warming up. 

At Ruth Eckerd Hall singers are to park in the first parking lot on your left as you enter the complex.  The Stage Door is around the back of the building.  Walking from the parking lot, take a left around the building until you get to the Stage Door.  You will be going to the Great Room upstairs for warm ups.

Friends and Family Discount
Friends and Family of the Chorale can receive a 15% discount on tickets to our shows including Elijah.  The discount code is HARMONY and you must enter the code on the Florida Orchestra's website or mention it when you call to order tickets.  The Florida Orchestra is also selling Student Tickets so if you wish to buy student tickets, you must call the Florida Orchestra at 800-662-7286 for more information.

Elijah Ticket Info/Deadlines

• All Check and Cash orders must be in by Tues. March 16 at the end of rehearsal - no exceptions.
• All Credit Card orders (hand delivered to Kara) must be in by Thurs., March 18 at the end of rehearsal.
   
• All Online/Phone Orders end on Fri., March 19 at 11:00am.
   
• Harmony Discount for Elijah tickets ends on Fri., March 19 at 11:00am (NO walk up discounts)
