We are very sorry to announce that due to the weather forecast for Tampa Bay on Saturday, Oct 19, our BIG SING ST PETE event has been cancelled. However, The Florida Orchestra's Pops in the Park concert has not been canceled yet. Keep an eye on TFO's Facebook event page and their website for weather updates.
At this time, there is no alternative date for Big Sing St Pete. Stay tuned for information on our Big Sing Tampa slated for Spring 2020.

Saturday, October 19, 2019 5:45 pm - 6:10 pm Vinoy Park 701 Bayshore Drive Northeast St. Petersburg, FL Join members of The Master Chorale for a fun, social, FREE, group singing experience. The BIG SING is open to everyone, regardless of musical training or experience. Song-sheets will be provided and Master Chorale singers will be on stage and in the audience singing along with you. Musical selections will range from familiar rounds, spirituals, and Beatles songs to popular 20th century standards from the Great American Songbook. The BIG SING ST PETE happens just before The Florida Orchestra's free Pops in the Park concert at the Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg. |

Enjoy an assortment of music ensembles and performers representing our community. These include:
• 5:00 pm: St. Petersburg Community Band
• 5:45 pm: Master Chorale’s Big Sing St. Pete
• 6:10 pm: MFA’s Community Thriller Dance
• 7:00 pm: The Florida Orchestra's Free Pops in the Park concert
Art Activities:
• North Suncoast Associates’ Instrument Petting Zoo
• Great Exploration’s Children’s Museum
Food Vendors:
Food from Saturday Morning Market vendors is available on the south side of Vinoy Park near Fifth Avenue North.
Looper Trolley Service:
A red open air trolley with a wheelchair lift is providing shuttle service from the Sundial parking garage to and from Vinoy Park. Click here for more information and a printable map.
Tampa Bay Harvest Food Drive:
For the 26th year, The Florida Orchestra is teaming up with Tampa Bay Harvest, Inc., an all-volunteer food recovery organization that serves more than 170 social service organizations and charities throughout West Central Florida, including Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. For additional information, call (727) 538-7777 or go to www.tampabayharvest.org. Please join our efforts and drop your canned goods off in the TBH barrels located around the park.
